The creative team at Bompas & Parr wanted a premium dining experience to "evoke the Macallan Estate, translating its heritage, landscapes and craftsmanship into a tangible journey for visitors." From some pencil sketches I was able to create these 3D renders on a very tight schedule (briefed in the vening, required in the morning!) so that they could be used in a presentation to the client as a proof of concept.
